  1. Very nice finish! Cute little poem. I for one am sad to see it end. I love to teach through each letter and opportunity.

I am already planning next year’s challenge, Lord willing.

I am thankful to have come across your site during this challenge and hope that you will continue to stop by. Enjoy the roses, the fresh cut grass and the home made biscuits!

  2. We were thinking a bit along the same lines with our “Z” words for the day. Yours is much more profound, however.

I also have mixed feelings about the A to Z challenge being over: glad it’s done (“The pressure! I can’t take anymore!”), yet strangely, I think I’ll miss it also (“Hmm, I wonder what to write on today?”)

I’ve got my mind on a bit of a whirl already thinking of May (which is just around the bend): maybe an A to Z Hymn Challenge?

Blessings, Petra. It’s fun to discover new friends, even if we’ve never met.

Enjoy your time away but know you will be missed. I will look forward to your new posts in the future.

  5. Petra,
What an amazing job you did this whole month!! I hope you enjoy those biscuits and fresh flowers and TEA and REAL books. :) I’ll miss you, though. But, you won’t be taking a sabbatical from phone calls, right?

Much love and lots of hugs from the Clan….:)

  9. Hi, Petra,
Great poem! i love the hidden meanings. Jesus did die for us between two thieves and I can’t even imagine how hard it was for Him. Thank you for writing it so well. I am enjoying reading your posts. Thanks for being such a faithful reader of my meanderings and ramblings. I look forward to many more chats with you.
    Love,

  10. I work with a few young men and women that I believe couls undestand your poem perfectly. (they sort of speak like that sometimes).

I ‘ll have to print it out and see if they can translate for me.

    Thanks, Petra!
